Mental Health
Educational Training
Mental health educational training is a structured program designed to equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, and awareness necessary to support their own mental well-being and that of others. This training typically covers a range of topics, including understanding common mental health conditions, recognizing the signs and symptoms of distress, reducing the stigma associated with mental illness, and learning how to provide initial support and resources.
Mental Health & Menopause
Mental health and menopause training is a specialized form of education designed to equip women, spouses, and family members with the knowledge and skills to understand and support those experiencing menopause-related mental health challenges. This training typically covers the physiological and psychological impacts of perimenopause and menopause, including common symptoms like anxiety, depression, mood swings, brain fog, and insomnia, and how these symptoms can affect an individual's work life and general well-being

 Mental Health & Financial Literacy
Mental Health and Financial Literacy Training is an integrated educational approach that recognizes the deep and often cyclical link between financial stress and emotional well-being. This type of training combines practical financial skills, such as budgeting, debt management, and saving, with instruction on mental health topics like stress reduction, emotion regulation, and coping strategies for anxiety and depression related to money.
The goal is to empower individuals to make sound financial decisions, thereby reducing a major source of stress, while also providing them with the psychological tools to manage financial challenges and foster a greater sense of confidence, control, and overall well-being.

Mental Health Spiritual First AID
Spiritual First Aid is a form of early intervention designed to provide immediate support to individuals experiencing spiritual or emotional distress in the wake of crises, disasters, or trauma. This training equips church leaders, congregants, chaplains, emergency responders, mental health professionals, and community volunteers with the skills to offer compassionate and stabilizing care that respects a person's beliefs, culture, and values without imposing any specific religious framework.
