The Hardest Part
Getting Started
Your journey begins with Kick Start Strategy Sessions
Our Kick Start Strategy Sessions are a positive and energetic approach designed to help clients solve problems, spark innovative ideas, set achievable goals, and establish measurable markers to help you live the life you want. We cover various aspects of mental health and well-being, ensuring a holistic approach to healing and growth.
01
MENTAL HEALTH
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act, and it is important at every stage of life. We provide the tools and support necessary to maintain and improve mental health, helping you navigate life's challenges with resilience.
03
DIMENSIONS OF WELLNESS
Wellness is more than health; it is about living fully. It is conscious, inclusive, self-directed, evolving, holistic, multidimensional, positive, and affirming. The eight dimensions of wellness include emotional, spiritual, intellectual, physical, environmental, financial, occupational, and social aspects. We address each dimension to help overcome challenges such as lack of support, trauma, unhelpful thinking styles, chronic illness, disability, and substance abuse.
05
02
COGNITIVE BEHAVIOR THERAPY
Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) helps individuals recognize and redirect troublesome thoughts, promoting healthier thinking patterns. Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT) focuses on helping individuals accept themselves, feel safe, and manage emotions to regulate potentially destructive or harmful behaviors effectively.
04
TEMPERAMENT THERAPY
Temperament Therapy helps individuals discover their God-given temperament. According to the theory of temperament, this unique trait is placed in us by God at conception and remains with us throughout our lives. By understanding our temperament, which includes areas of inclusion, control, and affection, we can better understand our spiritual nature and needs.
06
EPIGENETIC’S/ HISTORICAL &
INTER-GENERATIONAL TRAUMA
THE SANCTUARY COURSE
Epigenetic and Intergenerational Trauma Coaching teaches individuals how to activate or suppress gene expression to optimize their lives. By deconstructing their unique genetic makeup, individuals can understand the impact of historical trauma, which can manifest as substance abuse, anger, low self-esteem, violence, and difficulty in emotional regulation. We also address the effects of intergenerational trauma, examining how trauma passed down through generations affects individuals and communities.
"The Sanctuary Course is a transformative initiative aimed at nurturing open dialogues on mental health within our church community. By fostering these conversations, we aim to increase awareness, reduce stigma, and provide a supportive environment where individuals can find healing and understanding. Together, let's embrace the journey towards mental well-being and strengthen our community through empathy, compassion, and shared learning."

MENTAL HEALTH &
